Business schools are navigating an increasingly complex environment shaped by technological innovation, evolving learner expectations, changing workforce needs, heightened accountability, and growing expectations for societal impact. To thrive in this environment, institutions must align strategy, people, resources, and educational quality around a shared vision for long-term success.
The AACSB Global Standards for Business Education™provide a globally recognized framework that supports strategic alignment, institutional effectiveness, and continuous improvement. Rather than viewing the standards solely through the lens of accreditation, they can serve as a practical guide for strengthening decision-making, fostering collaboration, and advancing institutional excellence.
This interactive executive workshop introduces participants to the principles, structure, and interconnected nature of the Global Standards through facilitated discussions, institutional examples, and guided reflection. Participants explore how the standards support strategic planning, learner success, teaching effectiveness, scholarship, and societal impact while considering opportunities within their own institutional context.
Participants leave with a stronger understanding of the Global Standards, practical tools for engaging colleagues in strategic conversations, and an individualized action plan to support ongoing institutional excellence and future readiness.
