Submit a Proposal

AACSB invites business education leaders and practitioners to share practical experiences, ideas, and solutions with our global community.

We are especially interested in sessions grounded in real experience: a challenge or opportunity your institution faced, what you did in response, what you learned, and what other schools can take away from your experience.

Proposals are submitted for a specific AACSB conference. Review the upcoming conference opportunities and submission timelines below, then select the conference you would like to be considered for when completing the proposal form.

What We're Looking For

• Address a real challenge or opportunity relevant to business schools.
• Share practical approaches, decisions, lessons learned, and outcomes - not just ideas or theory.
• Offer practical takeaways that attendees can adapt to their own institutions.
• Encourage audience participation and exchange. Interactive and experiential formats are strongly preferred.
• Bring perspectives that are relevant beyond a single institution or context.

Your proposal does not need to showcase a perfect outcome. We welcome honest reflections on what worked, what did not, and what you would do differently.

What You'll Be Asked

• Before beginning the submission form, be prepared to briefly tell us:
• What challenge or opportunity your institution faced.
• How you addressed it.
• What happened as a result.
• Why the experience is relevant and adaptable to other schools.
• The key takeaway attendees will leave with.
• How you plan to engage participants during the session.

You will also be asked to provide a proposed session title and information about the presenter(s) and their institution(s).

Other Details to Include

• Presenter information: Name, title, institution, email address, and brief biography.
• A 1-3 minute video: Introduce yourself and your proposed session and briefly explain the value for attendees. Production quality is not important - we simply want to hear the idea in your own words and get a sense of your presentation and facilitation style. All proposed presenters should appear in the video.
• One professional reference: Name, title, organization and email address for someone who can speak to your subject matter expertise and facilitation style.

Presenter Guidelines

You may submit a proposal individually or with a co-presenter. When including a co-presenter, we encourage collaboration across institutions, regions, school sizes, or other contexts to bring multiple perspectives to the discussion.

AACSB may contact you to discuss adjustments to the proposed format or speaker composition to help create the strongest possible conference session.

Submitting a proposal does not guarantee acceptance. Proposals will be reviewed for the conference selected, and submitters will be notified by email according to the timeline listed above.
