As the Senior Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the AACSB Azure cloud infrastructure. The Sr. IT Manager will also be responsible for installing and managing the local network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have great technical and collaboration skills. How You Will Contribute:
- Manages Microsoft Azure Environments
- Monitors Server and backup, resolving errors as they arise
- Monitors, tests, and streamlines disaster recovery processes
- Monitors Microsoft 365 backups, fixes errors, and ensures proper backups are in place
- Manages Microsoft Azure Active Directory
- Provisions users, Microsoft 365 licenses, creates distribution list, group members and contacts
- Manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Manages endpoint management utilizing Microsoft Intune to deploy applications and security policies
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English language
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Five (5) years enterprise IT experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable working in a culturally diverse, global environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field obtained through an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years experience working with Microsoft Azure
- Professional certification(s) in Microsoft Azure
- Previous cloud infrastructure experience

As the IT Support Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact and first level of support for AACSB's global technical support. You will also troubleshoot and resolve technology concerns on-premise facilities as well as remote worksites. How You Will Contribute:
- Performs day-to-day help desk support. Responds to user IT requests for service in a timely manner and determines the nature and extent of support needed. Provides support or escalates to the appropriate staff member.
- Installs, configures, maintains and troubleshoots a range of software/hardware used throughout the organization. Performs software/hardware upgrades to existing computer equipment as needed and maintains peripherals.
- Performs installation, imaging, and maintenance on all desktop and laptop computers.
- Facilitates quarterly technology refresher for staff.
- Performs user and access administration on designated systems and applications, in accordance with the defined policies, standards and procedures of the organization.
- Manages Domain Naming Services (DNS) compliance efforts.
- Identify opportunites to simplify and improve IT Service Desk Operations for continuous improvement.
- Maintains and supports technology within meeting facilities.
- Manages the Intranet SharePoint site, including adding posts, ensuring recorded meeting and streams have been posted, managing document permissions, and overseeing file structure.
- Provides new staff I.T. onboarding and advises and trains staff on the effective use of equipment and software.
Required Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Fluent in English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Three (3) years of relevant experience; working in an IT Support capacity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable working in a culturally diverse, global environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field obtained though an accredited college or university preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- Five (5) years direct work experience; working in an IT Support capacity

As the Manager of IT Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the direction of the IT strategic plan as well as being responsible for vendor management to cultivate and maintain relationships between AACSB and its vendors and service providers. The Manager of IT Operations will also serve as Product Owner for a proprietary application, working with our key stakeholders to define requirements and outline the development sprints for our Software Developer. They will also oversee internal training through vendor offered learning opportunities. The ideal candidate will have great technical and collaboration skills. How You Will Contribute:
- Maintains annual vendor/service provider assessment process
- Creates and maintains inventory of all active IT service providers and repository for relationship documentation
- Participates in vendor selection and implementation projects
- Facilitates vendor disputes to resolution, as necessary
- Communicates service outages and upgrades to staff, as defined by service provider
- Collaborates with other departments and vendors to identify training opportunities and oversee training schedules
- Maintains Learning Repository for storage of staff training
- Oversees the backlog, requirements gathering, roadmap and development schedule for proprietary application
- Works with Software Developer to define development sprints and testing schedules
- Performs duties in accordance with AACSB International's Mission and Values
Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications applicable to position
- Three (3) years of experience working within IT Department
- Previous experience working with contractors
- Experience managing IT Projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable working in a culturally diverse, global environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field obtained though an accredited college or university preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- Five (5) years enterprise IT experience
- Previous Product Manager and/or Vendor Management experience
- Previous experience working with a Learning Management System
- Project Management, Agile, or Scrum Certification
