As the Data Systems Architect, you will be responsible for designing the infrastructure for all data systems to organize and extract organizational data, and to maintain data integrity. The Data Systems Architect identifies both internal and external data sources and seeks solutions to supplementing data needs. The Data Systems Architect provides database, reporting and business intelligence support across the organization.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Develop and execute solutions to enhance AACSB’s data infrastructure.
  • Design and implement effective processes to store, retrieve, and transform data.
  • Document systems, keeping the backend technology, service, and API documentation up to date, including the building of workflow documentation to help explain systems as needed to other stakeholders.

As the Event Operations Coordinator, you will provide valuable support for in-person, virtual, and digital experiences. This is a supportive administrative role for the Event Operations team.

As the Information Technology Manager, you will oversee the vendor relationships for its SaaS applications, to include integration management. This position will provide general support to the IT Infrastructure team and the strategic planning for staff training.

As the Membership Manager, you will be is committed to growing and retaining AACSB membership numbers in the Americas region (Canada, US, Caribbean, and Latin America). The manager, as part of the Global Membership Team, will work with other departments to create and implement plans to grow and engage the association's membership. A primary focus is on building and implementing strategies by region and/or country. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Membership and Strategic Relationships, the manager is responsible for the daily operations of the membership function for the Americas region, ensuring quality service to the public.  

 

How you will Contribute:

  • Creates educational and business membership recruitment and retention strategies for the Americas region in association with the VP of Global Membership and Strategic Relationships.
  • Establishes the tactical plan for the region in association with the VP of Global Membership and Strategic Relationships with input from Global Membership and Accreditation.
  • Executes growth strategies for educational members and business membership through effective marketing and promotion, membership development, and customer service initiatives to achieve annual membership goals.
  • Responds to member and prospective member inquiries in a timely manner and actively uses the CRM system (Dynamics 365) to track opportunities and engagements.

The Strategic Relationships Coordinator assists in creating and coordinating the delivery of sponsorships, conference exhibits, and advertising, and organizes the delivery and sales of the AACSB Career Connection, a job board for our members and the business education industry, and the exhibitor program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospects for new exhibitors, sponsors, advertisers, and business members and utilizes Alliance (association management software) to add, update, and maintain opportunities, leads, and relationship histories for strategic partners. Provides timely communication to exhibitors, sponsors, advertisers, and strategic partners.
  • Assists in creating integrated marketing strategies and related collateral materials to increase business members, advertisers, exhibitors, sponsors, and AACSB Career Connection postings.
  • Enters and maintains exhibits, advertising, sponsorship, and sales and marketing data in Alliance and processes all invoices for exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers.
  • Utilizes Alliance and other tools as needed to provide data for internal and external reports and provides input in creating new reports. Maintains recurring reports.

As the Web Project Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing AACSB's web assets, including collaboration on content development and editing for AACSB’s webpages and employee intranet. Reporting to the EVP and Global Chief Membership Officer, the Managing Director, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) is a member of the Global Membership Team’s leadership group.
