As the Accreditation Manager, you will convey the value of AACSB accreditation and member services to business schools worldwide and assist schools with their continuous development and achievement of overall high quality. This role has a focus on schools in the Americas region.
The position is best suited for candidates who enjoy building successful member relationships and have strong analytical and writing skills most beneficial for accreditation-related work. The ideal candidate will be interested in being part of global team and interacting with members from many different backgrounds.
How You Will Contribute
- Serves as staff liaison with a members-first mindset building and sustaining relationships with an assigned portfolio of accredited and accreditation seeking schools in close coordination with mentors and peer review teams.
- Serves as a reviewer of official accreditation correspondence sent to schools on behalf of AACSB Board of Directors and operating committees.
- Develops quality assurance strategies for individual member schools throughout the world, provides advice and counseling, conducts field visits, and assists with school collaborations as an accreditation subject matter expert.
- Serves as the organization’s representative for a specifically assigned geographical area, maintains a deep understanding of the higher education situation and developments in that area, and shares that knowledge internally and with the volunteer network as appropriate.
- Serves as the organization's representative during targeted recruitment and information exchange events for a specifically assigned geographical area(s).
- Facilitates volunteer training and assists with seminars as needed.
- Actively participates in the development of strategies to improve the service delivery of the Accreditation department and retain educational, non-profit, and government members in support of AACSB's global membership and accreditation strategy.
- Reviews and analyzes accreditation eligibility applications and school documentation to be considered by accreditation committees and serves as a resource for accreditation committee members in preparation of and during committee meetings
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications applicable to the position
- Fluency in English language
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of professional-level experience (i.e. building and supporting member relationships)
- Ability to travel up to 3 times per year
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of experience working in higher education and/or providing guidance and interpretation of quality standards

As the Administrative Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring effective day-to-day operations within the Accreditation team and creating a positive and professional first impression for our members, volunteers, and public stakeholders. You will provide administrative support and report directly to the Vice President of Accreditation.
How You Will Contribute
- Provide administrative support to the Accreditation team, working closely with the Vice President of Accreditation (both routinely and for ad hoc projects).
- Assists in the planning and coordination of meeting logistics and follow-up activities of accreditation committee meetings.
- Provides support to the ISO 9001 Quality Management Lead, updating quality management documentation, scheduling meetings, and assisting in the coordination of internal and external audits.
- Assists in the planning and coordination of volunteer training events, including issuing invitations, tracking attendance, and sending post-training communications.
- Coordinates the accreditation certificate process, ensuring that accredited schools receive certificates in a timely manner after each accreditation review.
- Responsible for initiating school applications and projects in the myAccreditation platform.
- Monitors receipt and ongoing tracking of peer review team conflict of interest acknowledgement requirement.
- Enters data accurately into AACSB’s association management system, including entering notes related to peer review team performance into AACSB’s association management system.
- Performs other related duties as needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in the English language
- Strong, demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Five (5) years of administrative support experience.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effective writing and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly those emphasizing office management and support to senior management, will be highly regarded.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in office administration or related field.
- Eight (8) years administrative support experience.

As the IT Support Technician Tier 2, you will play an important role in maintaining and managing an organization’s information technology systems and networks. The position reports to the Director of Information Technology and will be based in Tampa.
How You Will Contribute
- Provide Technical support and training for systems and networks, acting as a link between end users and higher-level support
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the help desk to ensure compliance
- Enforce IT Protocols across departments and projects
- Act as an escalation point for the IT Support Coordinator
- Work in collaboration with junior team members to expand the skills of the department
- Monitor help desk satisfaction and outline improvement plans as appropriate

As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and leading marketing efforts for AACSB’s learning and development (L&D), membership, accreditation, and strategic relationship management initiatives globally and in the Americas. This position manages marketing functions as an individual contributor and will not have direct or indirect reports.
How You Will Contribute
- Marketing Promotions: Develops, executes, and measures success of marketing promotion plans and activities to support revenue goals for organizational initiatives. Global and regional campaigns include digital advertising, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media sharing, promotion on membership platforms, and sales outreach support.
- Member Communications: Facilitates with MarCom team leaders on global and regional communications, developing personalized messaging for all channels based on member segment, role, interests, and region to streamline communications, increase engagement rates, and drive Calls to Action (CTAs).
- Lead Generation and Contact Management: Coordinates with sales and membership teams on standardized global processes for generating and managing leads and updating the AACSB contact database. Monitors email metrics and manages email delivery system for optimal performance. Documents and streamlines journey maps to shorten sales cycles and automates database updates in collaboration with IT.
- Sales Support: Provides sales support materials for each stage of the sales and engagement funnel including presentations, emails, fact sheets, website landing pages, product information pages.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborates with the regional heads, membership, L&D, accreditation, and strategic relationship management team to provide operational marketing planning and support for on-site events, dues renewal campaigns, and member announcements.

Requirements

- Minimal domestic travel (5%)
- Five (5) years marketing, communications, and related experience, with two (2) years' experience independently managing large projects
- Demonstrated, successful experience with implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing, design including Adobe suite, CRM, marketing automation, digital advertising, social media marketing, and Google analytics
