Program Overview

The DataDirect Workshop helps business school professionals build practical skills in interpreting institutional data, conducting peer benchmarking, and translating insights into evidence that supports accreditation, strategic planning, and continuous improvement. Through interactive demonstrations and hands-on exercises, participants strengthen data literacy and analytical capabilities while learning how to apply benchmarking insights to inform leadership decisions and institutional improvement.

This course goes beyond the freely available support offered by AACSB data staff for data entry and benchmarking; it helps you develop practical approaches for translating data into strategic insights that can be effectively communicated to institutional leaders.

Elliot Davis, AACSB International

Elliot Davis is the Director of Data Strategy at AACSB International, where he leads initiatives to enhance the organization’s data infrastructure, analytics capabilities, and data products. He oversees the development of AACSB’s Analytics Hub and works to expand and modernize data collection, modeling, and reporting to better serve member institutions. Elliot has extensive experience in research, business intelligence, and data strategy, having previously held several research and analytics roles at AACSB. He holds both a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s degree in marketing from the University of Tampa.

Meila_GranthamMeila Grantham, AACSB International

Meila Grantham is the Data Analyst at AACSB International. She is a key player in maintaining data quality and governance while driving cross-functional collaboration. Her work spans analytics, data management, and project coordination, ensuring AACSB’s data initiatives run smoothly and deliver value. In addition to her technical skills, Meila is a mentor and trainer, helping AACSB staff maximize the potential of data-driven tools and solutions.
