AACSB’s Diversity and Inclusion Conference explores how schools and organizations can build a culture of belonging and ensure they are delivering learning that fits the cultural landscape in which they operate. By developing a culturally appropriate learning environment and adopting an inclusive lens on our strategy, mission, teaching, research and service, we can increase the accessibility of higher education and better meet the unique needs of our learners.

Who Should Attend

Chief diversity officers, chief operating officers, social media coordinators, career coaches, multicultural advisors, DE&I specialists, university administrators, faculty, and staff responsible for diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging initiatives and those who seek to make positive social change at their organizations.

Testimonials
The event provided insights and practical ideas for how to develop a more diverse, equitable and inclusive environment at all levels in my university. I also appreciated the accepting and empathetic tone with which it was delivered.
—Christine Mooney, Northern Illinois University
Many times, people shy away from having 'the tough conversations.' As educators, we need to breakaway from that discomfort and create a space for our learners to self-reflect, self-interrogate, and above all, ask questions! Personal stories were shared (cultural humility) and steps to actively engage in using DEI to disrupt and dismantle constraints were discussed. I left feeling energized and inspired.
