Hotel Reservations
- AACSB Group Block Rate: IDR 2,480,500 net (includes tax and service fee) per room per night
- Group Block Rate Cut-off Date: 29 October 2026. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date. Each delegate is responsible for making their own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee.
- Guest Room Changes: Any guest room changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty.

Cancelation: Free cancellations apply up to 14 days before check-in date and cancellation deadline of 23:59 PM (Central Indonesian Time Zone – GMT +8). Cancellations made starting 00:00 AM (Central Indonesian Time Zone – GMT +8) within 14 days prior to check-in date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 1-night of reserved nightly rate.
- Travel Agents: Please request that your travel agent book your room in the AACSB-negotiated room block for the event.
- Third-Party Companies/ Phishing Scams: We have been made aware that third-party companies, including Hotel Reserving, Exhibitor Housing Services (EHS), Events Housing Planners (EHP), Global Expo Travel, Exhibitor Travel Bureau, and Business Travel Management, are contacting our attendees, introducing themselves as the official ‘housing bureau’ or an AACSB representative for the event. This is not the case; AACSB does not engage third-party housing companies for its events. AACSB will never call you regarding your hotel accommodations. If you booked through these companies or provide them with your reservation details, we believe that your information may be compromised and we would strongly recommend that you do not give any personal information, including credit card details to any unknown vendor. Visa Invitation Letters
AACSB International’s policy requires attendees be registered and paid in full or invoiced (balance due prior to start of event) to receive a visa invitation letter. If you are registered for an event in which you are requesting an Invitation Letter, please complete the Request for Invitation Letter Form. Please allow up to three business days for a response.
