Hotel Reservations

  • AACSB Group Block Rate: 329 USD per night, single/double occupancy, plus a resort fee of 27 USD, and applicable taxes that include a 6% occupancy tax and 6.5% state sales tax per room per night.
  • Group Block Cut-Off Date: Thursday, 24 September 2026. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date. Each delegate is responsible for making their own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee.
  • Guest Room Changes: Any guest room changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty.
  • Cancelation: All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card or deposit check. Individuals with guaranteed reservations must cancel their reservation within 3 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation charge. When making arrangements through travel websites or an agent, the negotiated AACSB rates may not always be available.

  • Travel Agents: Please request that your travel agent book your room in the AACSB-negotiated room block for the event.
  • Third-Party Companies: We have been made aware that third-party companies, including Hotel Reserving, Exhibitor Housing Services (EHS), Global Expo Travel, Exhibitor Travel Bureau, and Business Travel Management, are contacting our attendees, introducing themselves as the official ‘housing bureau’ for the event. This is not the case; AACSB does not engage third-party housing companies for its events. If you booked through these companies, we believe that your information may be compromised and we would strongly recommend that you do not give any personal information, including credit card details to any unknown vendor. If you receive an e-mail from these companies, please forward to it to [email protected]

Visa Invitation Letters

AACSB International’s policy requires attendees be registered and paid in full or invoiced (balance due prior to start of event) to receive a visa invitation letter. If you are registered for an event in which you are requesting an Invitation Letter, please complete the Request for Invitation Letter Form. Please allow up to three business days for a response. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].

U.S. Visa Requirements

Foreign nationals traveling to the United States for business or tourism typically require a visitor visa (B-1, B-2, or B-1/B-2) unless they qualify to enter under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). Please be aware that some U.S. consulates may experience extended appointment wait times. We strongly encourage you to schedule your visa appointment as early as possible.

Visa Waiver Program (VWP)

Citizens of many participating countries may travel to the United States for short stays without a visa through the Visa Waiver Program. Travelers using the VWP must obtain an approved Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) prior to departure.  ESTA is an automated system that determines eligibility to travel under the Visa Waiver Program. Approval does not guarantee admission into the United States. Applications may be submitted at any time; however, it is recommended to apply as soon as travel planning begins or before purchasing airline tickets.

For more information on qualifying countries and current requirements, please visit the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs website.
