Taxi / Drop-off Instructions

• The recommended navigation point for all participants is: UCD Village Welcome Desk
• Taxis and ride-hailing vehicles typically stop here, as it is one of the most accessible and clearly identifiable locations on campus.
• From the UCD Village please follow these directions on foot:
  • After getting out of the vehicle, cross the road directly in front of UCD Village.
  • You will see a set of stairs leading downward—take these stairs.
  • At the bottom, continue along the pathway between two buildings.
  • The Quinn School of Business will be the first building on your left-hand side. The walk is straightforward and usually takes 2–3 minutes.
• The following Taxi/Rideshare Apps are available in Dublin: Uber, Bolt, Free Now (widely used local option)

You should get off at a stop on the UCD Belfield campus (ask the driver for UCD Village, follow the signs toward UCD Village, and then use the walking directions above).

Each delegate is responsible for making their own hotel reservation and may select the hotel of their choice. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guest room changes, cancellations, etc. are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with your hotel of choice.
