Hotel Options
AACSB does not have an official room block for this conference. The hotel options listed below are within a 10-15 minutes drive from the Bologna Business School. Each delegate is responsible for making their own hotel reservation and may select the hotel of their choice. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guest room changes, cancellations, etc. are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with your hotel of choice.
Transportation
Shuttle Transportation to Bologna Business School
AACSB will provide shuttle service between the Autostazione di Bologna (Bologna Bus Station) and the Bologna Business School.
Pick-Up Location:
Pensilina 25, Autostazione di Bologna (situated on Piazza XX Settembre)
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
Shuttle Schedule:
Wednesday, 13 May
- 8:45 – Departure from Pensilina 25 to Bologna Business School
- 16:30 – Departure from Bologna Business School to Pensilina 25
Important Note: If you choose to arrange your own transportation, please schedule it in advance (ideally the night before). Due to a high volume of citywide events, taxi and rideshare services may be limited or experience delays.
Visa Invitation Letters
AACSB International’s policy requires attendees be registered and paid in full or invoiced (balance due prior to start of event) to receive a visa invitation letter. If you are registered for an event in which you are requesting an Invitation Letter, please complete the Request for Invitation Letter Form. Please allow up to three business days for a response.
