Discover best practices on bringing your school’s mission to life through agile and robust strategic planning. Join an interactive cohort of peer business school leaders in a live, virtual session to explore examples and challenges related to strategic planning and how your strategic plan integrates with the 2020 business accreditation standards.
Content and discussions will focus on the first three AACSB standards: 1) Strategic Planning; 2) Physical, Virtual, and Financial Resources; and 3) Faculty and Professional Staff Resources. Each standard requires directed, strategic efforts guided by your school’s mission.
Through peer discussions, breakout sessions, and group interactions, you will explore the short-and long-term implications of strategic choices including resource and faculty management. Gather relevant, timely examples that will support you and your institution in your strategic planning journey. Learn how to gain university and college-wide support for your efforts, and how to educate your peers to become change agents in support of organizational goals.
Your strategic plan is more than a shared document, it is an opportunity to unite your stakeholders to strengthen your school, university, and community.
