Dr. John Kooti has been serving as the Dean of the John L. Grove College of Business at Shippensburg University of PA since July 2010. Prior to joining Shippensburg University, he was the Dean of the School of School of Business Administration at Georgia Southwestern State University for 12 years during which the institution earned initial accreditation and enjoyed significant increase in enrollment. He has published a number of articles in the area of economics and finance, and completed the post doctorate in Finance from the University of Florida in August 2010. John Kooti has been active in many professional organizations as a member and an officer. He has belonged to several honorary and civic organizations. He has also served as mentor for AACSB. He has been an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, and the Rotary Club and served as President of the Americus, Georgia Rotary Club in 2007-2008.

Adam-ThomasAdam W. Thomas, Zurich University of Applied Sciences

Head of International Accreditation at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), School of Management and Law (SML) in Switzerland. Responsible for the AACSB continuous improvement  and reporting processes at SML, involving several committees within the university. Most recently, his role has focused on installation of accreditation software, development of maintenance guidelines related to accreditation, serving as Secretary of the Faculty Committee at SML, development of Impact data collection processes, and generally ensuring the university meets requirements across all programs to ensure SML’s next AACSB visit is successful. His previous roles include Head of English at SML. In this role he worked on customizing and modernizing the business and legal English course offerings at SML. Additionally, he has a passion for e-learning and e-assessment, having successfully piloted bring-your-own-device exams at SML in 2015 and 2016.
