Anthony Devine, Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University
Anthony is an academic in the Accounting and Financial Management department. His area of teaching is financial accounting and corporate governance. He is currently the senior academic accreditation lead within the Business School. Anthony’s PhD is in Family Business and Governance. His research interests include governance, values, education, innovation, entrepreneurship and accounting. He is currently involved with a number of professional organisations including the Family Firm Institute as a GEN faculty member, AACSB as a global trainer for Assurance of Learning, he is on the board of New Writing North (a creative writing charity in the Northeast of England) and is a school governor.
Xavier Ordeñana, Dean, ESPAE Graduate School of Management, ESPOL
Xavier Ordeñana, PhD, in Economics and Business from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona (Barcelona, Spain), is the Dean of ESPAE Graduate School of Management – ESPOL (Guayaquil, Ecuador), where he also teaches Global Environment of Business. He has published in journals such as Academy of Management Learning and Education and European Journal of International Management and is part of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor Ecuador team. He has also worked on consulting projects for Inter-American Development Bank and Governmental Agencies in Ecuador. Currently, he is part of the Executive Committee of CLADEA- the Latin American Council of Business Schools and the AACSB Innovation Committee.
