Simone_HammerSimone Hammer, Barco

Simone is a trilingual Austrian with extensive experience in Business creation and management, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Digital and Training having lived in several countries and always worked in international environments. After 15 years with GE Healthcare in various roles in Marketing, Communications and Strategy she has obtained her Executive MBA with HEC Paris majoring in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and created her own start-up: She has launched a brand-new business model for alternative education extending it to a school network in the social and solidarity economy. After this exciting experience, Simone joined Barco as Global Marketing Manager for the Teaching & Training division bringing her hands-on experience in education & pedagogy together with her competencies from the corporate world. She has recently also taken over the role of Sales & Customer Success Director. Simone has three children and enjoys her life in Paris where she has been living most of her time.

Bernard_KilianBernard Kilian, INCAE Business School

Bernard Kilian is Dean of the Faculty at INCAE Business School, where he also teaches courses in the areas of Microeconomics and Operations Management as a full professor. Originally from Germany, he earned a PhD in Environmental Resource Economics and a Master of Agricultural Science with an emphasis in Economics, both from the University of Hohenheim, Germany. Prior to joining INCAE, he was in charge of the economic project within a national macro project in Germany called precision agriculture. He also taught graduate-level classes at the University of Hohenheim, and was a visiting professor at the University of Minnesota.
