Nicholas Igneri has held several senior executive positions over the past 20 years.
He was most recently senior vice president of education for the American Management Association International (AMA) in New York City. In that role Igneri led the strategic direction of AMA’s educational content distributed in classroom, virtual classroom, and on-demand modalities. In addition, Igneri led the direction and strategy for the learning technology ecosystem, including the learning management system, synchronous learning platform, evaluation platform, and support platform. He also led the customer experience strategy at the AMA. More recently, Igneri led the research, development of the standard in management, and exam for a new Certification in Management.
Prior to the SVP role at the AMA, Igneri held a leadership role at Vitesse Learning in San Francisco, California. Vitesse Learning designed and developed highly interactive, custom e-learning content for corporate clients. Igneri joined the executive team of VitesseLearning as vice president of learning solutions and was responsible for leading the learning solutions team and client consulting on web-based content development.
Prior to joining Vitesse Learning, Igneri was with SumTotal Systems as director of professional services in Boston, Massachusetts. SumTotal Systems is one of the leading learning management platform vendors in the market. At SumTotal he was responsible for leading the professional services team.
Nicholas holds a BS in psychology and computer science from SUNY Cortland and an MA in industrial psychology and organizational development from Brooklyn College.
