Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society for business education, builds and fosters leadership during undergraduate business school and beyond. Learn what joining can do for you.

Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) is an international honor society that encourages and honors academic achievement in the study of business. BGS seeks to cultivate future leaders by developing members as both student and professional leaders. The organization hosts chapters only at colleges and universities accredited by AACSB International, with more than 580 chapters globally.

With BGS chapters at only the top 5 percent of business schools worldwide, and members selected from only the top-performing scholars from those institutions, membership in BGS is a significant testament to a student's aptitude, leadership qualities, and professionalism.

We recently sat down with Christina Carosella, the CEO of Beta Gamma Sigma, to get an insider perspective on why joining Beta Gamma Sigma can be a substantial benefit not only to a student's education while pursuing their business degree, but also to their post-graduate life, from career searching to building a strong professional network.
