Quality and Impact

Assurance of Learning (AoL) is more than an accreditation requirement. It is a powerful framework for improving student learning, strengthening academic quality, and supporting continuous improvement across business education.

This interactive one-day workshop provides a practical introduction to the principles and practices of effective Assurance of Learning. Through expert facilitation, collaborative discussions, and hands-on activities, participants will explore the complete AoL cycle, from developing competency goals and measurable learning objectives to designing assessment measures, collecting evidence, interpreting results, and using findings to improve curricula and student learning.

Whether your institution is beginning its Assurance of Learning journey or refining an existing process, this workshop provides practical tools and strategies that can be applied immediately within your institutional context.
