Hotel Options

AACSB does not have an official room block for this conference. Each delegate is responsible for making their own hotel reservation and may select the hotel of their choice. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guest room changes, cancellations, etc. are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with your hotel of choice.  Listed below are a few hotel options, but Seville has many hotels to offer, and a quick web search will provide options in a variety of price points. The rates listed below are for a standard room and could fluctuate based on availability.

Public Transportation Information

From Seville to University:

  • Metro + additional transport: Europa and Olivar de Quintos stations, then take an interurban bus or use a taxi app (Metro is not enough!)
  • Bus: The interurban lines M-133A, M-133B, M-131A, and M-131B have stops near the campus.
    • For bus schedules, kindly check the tab ‘horarios’  on each of the hyperlinks above.

    • All info is available in our host university’s website here (please disregard any other information that is not the one reflected here).
  • Taxi apps: Cabify, Freenow, Uber, and Bolt (Available for both Apple Store and Google Play). It is recommended to download these in advance and set them up with payment details before the day itself.

Visa Invitation Letters

AACSB International’s policy requires attendees be registered and paid in full or invoiced (balance due prior to start of event) to receive a visa invitation letter. If you are registered for an event in which you are requesting an Invitation Letter, please complete the Request for Invitation Letter Form. Please allow up to three business days for a response.
