This event blends peer-led insights with hands-on activities to help institutions strengthen their Assurance of Learning (AoL) practices. Whether you are new to AoL or refining a mature system, the day offers space for candid dialogue, professional networking, and learning by doing.

Sessions are designed to help participants identify actionable strategies relevant to their school’s context and stage of AoL maturity. Through a mix of scaffolded diagnostics, self-assessment prompts, and peer-based exchanges, the program enables participants to apply key insights in ways that reflect their own institutional setting, thus balancing broad relevance with individual reflection.

Please note: This workshop differs from the AACSB Academy's Assurance of Learning Seminar I (AoL1) . Focusing on Standard 5 of the 2020 AACSB Accreditation Standards, AoL1 covers the entire AoL process step-by-step to help you gain a clear understanding of assessment, competency goals (learning goals), learning objectives, data collection, and rubrics.
