An Improved Member Experience: System Updates

We are excited to share that we have upgraded our association management platform as part of our ongoing commitment to delivering a more seamless and connected member experience.

AACSB has transitioned to Salesforce, a platform that improves access to AACSB resources, simplify account management, and integrates your experience across programs and services. Thank you for your patience as we upgraded this system.

If you have any questions or time-sensitive requests during the outage, our team is available to you at [email protected].

Frequently Asked Questions
AACSB has transitioned to a new member relationship management (CRM) platform to provide an improved member experience. During this transition, some systems and services were temporarily unavailable while data was migrated and validated.

Yes.

Your AACSB account, profile information, and membership history have migrated to the new platform.

Some institutions use email security tools that restrict incoming email based on trusted IP addresses or domains. If your institution uses these controls, we recommend sharing Salesforce's published IP address information with your IT or email administration team before launch to help ensure that system-generated emails (such as password resets and other member notifications) are delivered successfully.

Salesforce maintains the current list of IP addresses and related guidance here:

If your institution does not use IP allowlists or similar email filtering policies, no action is required.

Getting Started in the New System
The updated portal provides an improved experience for managing your membership information, accessing AACSB resources, and interacting with member services.
You will continue using your current AACSB account email address after the transition. If you have not signed in since 23 July, 2026, you will be asked to set up a new password when logging into the new system for the first time.
If you have not signed in since 23 July, 2026, you will be asked to set up a new password when logging into the new system for the first time.

If you requested a password reset email and have not received it, please first check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, contact your organization’s IT team and ask them to check whether emails from AACSB’s system are being blocked or restricted by your organization’s firewall, email security settings, spam filters, or other security measures.
