Yuan Ze University

The College of Management (CM) was established in 1993 and currently has a community of 2,149 full-time students, 58 full-time professors, and 21 full-time administrative staff members.

Recognizing the intense competition among universities in Taiwan and the need to align with global economic trends, we have redefined our position and educational approach. After extensive internal and external consultations, expert recommendations, and support from the Ministry of Education (MOE), we embarked on a major transformation in 2010 by restructuring our organization. This initiative aimed to create a student-centered learning environment, fostering a seamless transfer of knowledge and expertise from faculty to students while emphasizing practical application.

Under this new framework, traditional "departments" were replaced with "majors," promoting interdisciplinary learning and greater flexibility. Additionally, we introduced a diverse range of academic programs, including undergraduate, master's (MBA, MS, and EMBA), and doctoral (PhD and DBA) programs, setting Yuan Ze CM apart from other business schools.

As a result of hard work, CM successfully reorganized itself into an interdisciplinary, program-based structure across both undergraduate and graduate divisions. This flexible framework has enabled us to offer a full suite of 100% English-taught programs at all levels ensuring that our students receive a globally competitive education.
