The University of North Carolina at Pembroke

The mission of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke School of Business is to provide each student an outstanding business education, and our strategic plan calls for providing academic programs that meet or exceed AACSB International standards, offered in a variety of delivery modes to serve the needs of our region and prepare students for successful business careers. The School of Business values internationalization to prepare students for a competitive global environment, diversity to enrich personal growth and enhance the learning experience, ethical decision making to prepare students to serve as business leaders, and scholarship to benefit our students' education. We also value and provide a personal learning environment where each student's success matters, as well as engagement in service that adds value to our institution, professions, and communities. The school offers the Bachelor of Science in business administration, with concentrations in economics, entrepreneurship, finance, international business, management, or marketing, and the Bachelor of Science in accounting. In addition, we offer the Master of Business Administration. We also provide several minors to serve the needs of non-business majors who desire to learn about various functional areas of business administration, such as economics, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, or management, as well as an all-around minor in business administration.
