The Doermer School of Business was named after a very successful, local businessman, Richard T. Doermer, who believed that "partnerships between business schools and local businesses are extremely beneficial to both parties.'' To that end, our faculty members are very connected to local businesses and provide students with experience and insight by working on real-world projects. 

The Doermer School of Business offers students a Student Success Center, professional academic advisors, and many career and professional development activities and mentorship.
