Established in 1952, FGV EBAPE - Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration, was the first School of Administration in Latin America. Since then, the School has been responsible for creating and disseminating knowledge, encouraging research, and training skilled professionals to hold positions of leadership in corporate, public administration, and academic sectors.

EBAPE is located in Brazil’s most famous city, the lively capital of the state that comprises the second-largest market in Brazil, offering considerable advantages for corporate newcomers and fresh investment.

The School offers undergraduate program and graduate degree programs that are structured according to market trends and demands from the globalized world. The programs are BSc in Administration, MSc & Ph.D. in Administration, Master in Management, Executive Master in Business Administration, Professional Master´s in Public Administration, and the International Master’s Program for Managers (IMPM).

Our highly internationalized faculty members are recognized around the world for the quality of their academic output and development of meaningful research, thus being equipped to prepare our student body to take up leadership positions in business and public management.

FGV EBAPE prides itself on its diverse community and triple international accreditations from EQUIS-EFMD, AACSB, ICAPA and NASPA making it one of the country’s top institutions. In the latest General Course Index (IGC) released in December 2018 by the Ministry of Education (MEC), EBAPE scored a maximum of five, attesting to its academic excellence.
