The Certificate in Strategic Planning for Business Education Teams is a six-module, hybrid learning program designed to empower institutional teams of 2–3 participants to build capacity in collaborative, mission-driven planning using contemporary strategic planning tools.

Through a mix of self-paced modules and live, interactive workshops, teams apply environmental scanning, stakeholder and ecosystem analysis, strategic choice frameworks, portfolio-based initiative design, and KPI-driven learning loops to develop an actionable Strategic Planning Brief. The Strategic Planning Brief is a skill-building capstone deliverable designed to support applied learning. It is not intended to replace or serve as an institution’s official strategic plan. Teams are encouraged to use the Brief as a working draft or planning resource that can be adapted to support a meaningful institutional or unit-level project within their local context—regardless of accreditation status.
