As soon as students earn their degree, they become alumni. But what if we reconsidered those we teach as lifelong learners? With an increasing need for employees to continuously re-skill themselves to keep pace with changes in the workplace, it's essential that we stay engaged with learners to provide them with opportunities to help them throughout the lifetime of their careers.

In a presentation given at ICAM 2018, AACSB's president and CEO, Tom Robinson, discusses how lifelong learning can contribute to lifelong career success.
