Anthony Devine, Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University
Anthony is an academic in the Accounting and Financial Management department. His area of teaching is financial accounting and corporate governance. He is currently the senior academic accreditation lead within the Business School. Anthony’s PhD is in Family Business and Governance. His research interests include governance, values, education, innovation, entrepreneurship and accounting. He is currently involved with a number of professional organisations including the Family Firm Institute as a GEN faculty member, AACSB as a global trainer for Assurance of Learning, he is on the board of New Writing North (a creative writing charity in the Northeast of England) and is a school governor.
Joyce A. Strawser, Stillman School of Business, Seton Hall University
Hired in 1995, Joyce Strawser is dean of the Stillman School and an associate professor in the department of accounting and taxation at Seton Hall University, where she has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in financial accounting, managerial accounting, intermediate accounting, and financial instruments. Prior to taking on the role as dean, Strawser served as associate dean of undergraduate and MBA curricula from 2001 to 2010. Her research interest relates to both financial reporting and managerial accounting issues, particularly those that have significant social consequences or policy implications.
