Devine_AnthonyAnthony Devine, Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University

Anthony is an academic in the Accounting and Financial Management department. His area of teaching is financial accounting and corporate governance. He is currently the senior academic accreditation lead within the Business School. Anthony’s PhD is in Family Business and Governance. His research interests include governance, values, education, innovation, entrepreneurship and accounting. He is currently involved with a number of professional organisations including the Family Firm Institute as a GEN faculty member, AACSB as a global trainer for Assurance of Learning, he is on the board of New Writing North (a creative writing charity in the Northeast of England) and is a school governor.


Frazer_LorelleLorelle Frazer, University of the Sunshine Coast, USC Business School

Professor Lorelle Frazer joined the University of the Sunshine Coast as Dean and Head, USC Business School in 2018. Previously she worked at Griffith University and was the Dean (Learning & Teaching) of the Griffith Business School from 2006 to 2014 where she had responsibility for the successful implementation of AoL. Lorelle’s research and teaching expertise is in franchising. She has attracted more than $2 million in competitive research grants and has been the recipient of three ARC Linkage Project grants and a (current) ARC Discovery Indigenous Project. She has led the biennial ‘Franchising Australia’ surveys of the franchise sector since 1998. In 2010 she was presented with a Contribution to Franchising award from the Franchise Council of Australia for ‘significant contributions to the education of the Australian franchise community’. In 2010, Lorelle was appointed a Global Facilitator for AACSB International to co-facilitate Assurance of Learning seminars in Australia and internationally.
