María Virginia Lasio Morello, ESPAE Graduate School of Management
Virginia Lasio (1955), former Dean ESPAE for the period 2002-2018, currently professor of organizational Behavior at ESPAE Graduate School of Management- ESPOL, and visiting professor at ESAN Business School in Lima Peru. From 2003 to 2009 led ESPOL- Flemish Cooperation VLIR Entrepreneurs Development Program, under which created the first ESPOL Entrepreneurship Center, now I3Lab. Since 2004 leads the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) for Ecuador. She has been board member of the first Ecuadorian Global Compact network and the Ecuadorian Chapter of the WBCSD, and member of AACSB International Latinamerican & Caribbean Advisory Council; currently, is member of the AMBA & BGA Latin America Advisory Council, and Advisory Council of Biz ED Magazine. Virginia has a PhD by Tulane University, an MBA and mechanical Engineering degree from ESPOL
Juan C. Sosa, Universidad Ana G. Mendez - Gurabo
Juan Carlos Sosa Varela is the Dean and Full Professor of International Business at the School of Business and Entrepreneurship at the Universidad Ana G. Méndez, Gurabo Campus in Puerto Rico. Sosa's research and consulting experience is in Global Marketing, Regional Marketing Strategies and Marketing Strategies. His articles have been published in several academic and professional journals, which include Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing, Journal of Business to Business Marketing, Journal of Supply Chain Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, International Journal of Quality and Services Sciences, Corporate Governance, European Business Review, Journal of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Marketing, among others. He has also made contributions to chapters in books in International Marketing and has given numerous presentations to academic and business groups around the world, including Mexico, Spain, France, Netherlands, Norway, Costa Rica, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, South Africa, Australia, Taiwan, India, Canada and the United States. Sosa is the Associate Editor of European Business Review and is member of editorial boards of several journals.
