Ingrid Kirschning is a dean for global education at the Universidad de las Américas, Puebla. Prior to that role, she was the general director for academic resources and the director of distance education. In an average day, Ingrid handles international affairs, managing all incoming and outgoing students, distance education master degrees, professional practice and internships. She has given students the opportunities to go to the different organizations and work as interns. She also manages and monitors the visiting faculty program, inviting foreign faculty to experience UDLAP. Ingrid Kirschning has a degree in Computer Systems Engineering at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla. She later made a master's degree in Computer Science and Intelligent Systems at The Tokushima University and a PhD in Computer Systems Engineering from the same university. She is fluent in Spanish, German, English, and also speaks Japanese and French. She actively attends international conferences and seminars and is a current AACSB facilitator.

Juan Carlos Sosa Varela is the Dean and Full Professor of International Business at the School of Business and Entrepreneurship at the Universidad Ana G. Méndez, Gurabo Campus in Puerto Rico. Sosa's research and consulting experience is in Global Marketing, Regional Marketing Strategies and Marketing Strategies. His articles have been published in several academic and professional journals, which include Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing, Journal of Business to Business Marketing, Journal of Supply Chain Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, International Journal of Quality and Services Sciences, Corporate Governance, European Business Review, Journal of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Marketing, among others. He has also made contributions to chapters in books in International Marketing and has given numerous presentations to academic and business groups around the world, including Mexico, Spain, France, Netherlands, Norway, Costa Rica, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, South Africa, Australia, Taiwan, India, Canada and the United States. Sosa is the Associate Editor of European Business Review and is member of editorial boards of several journals.
