Juliana Guaqueta is a Skills Transformation Advisor at Coursera where she advises universities and corporations on the skills they need to invest in for the future. She previously worked at the International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, evaluating investments in higher education institutions and EdTech startups; and managing a portfolio of higher education institutions to strengthen their academic and business operations. She recently co-designed an advisory product to support universities to shape and finance digital transformation strategies.
Gabriel Jose Andrade Casas, Dean of Business Development, Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración - CESA
Gabriel Andrade Casas is the Dean of Faculty at Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA) in Bogotá, Colombia, which is a highly prestigious academic institution in Colombia. He recently undertook this role after having worked 28+ years in the banking sector in Mexico. During the last 5 years in Citibanamex, Gabriel was in charge of the Strategic Investment Office from where he led the bank´s transformation and digitization efforts. At CESA, Gabriel oversees the Business Administration undergraduate program, Entrepreneurship efforts, and CESA community initiatives. He is actively deploying the strategic plan defined for 2025 to enhance CESA´s value proposition locally and internationally.
Keynote II: 2020 Business Accreditation Standards: Exploring Assessment and Curriculum Changes
Nancy A. Bagranoff, University Professor, University of Richmond
Nancy Bagranoff is Professor of Accounting and University Professor at the University of Richmond. She is a CPA and has worked for General Electric and as a Faculty in Residence at Arthur Andersen. Professor Bagranoff was Dean of the Robins School from 2010 until 2019. Prior to that appointment she served as Professor of Accounting and Dean of the College of Business and Public Administration at Old Dominion University. Dr. Bagranoff has taught at several universities, including American University, George Mason University, and Miami University. Her areas of teaching and research are accounting accounting information systems, and cybersecurity. Dr. Bagranoff has extensive volunteer academic and professional service experience. She has been President of the American Accounting Association, Chair of the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Board of Directors of the AICPA, and Chair of the Economics Club of Hampton Roads. She has been on the Board of Directors of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and co-chaired the Business Accreditation Task Force that developed the 2020 Business Accreditation Standards.
