Yes, please review the time zones listed on the Agenda tab. In addition, you may access a time zone converter here for your reference. Programming has been structured for a global audience, with key sessions repeated for participants to attend when it is most convenient. Additionally, most sessions will be recorded for participants to watch after the event for 30 days.
Yes! Exactly as if you were attending the conference in person, you can select which sessions you’d like to attend virtually within a given time block. Additionally, most sessions will be recorded and available for 30 days after the event for registered attendees. This is a huge added bonus of a virtual conference! And don’t forget to check out the exhibitors in the Exhibitor Showcase while you are exploring.
Yes, you can submit your questions in the chat box available in each session, which will be reviewed by a session moderator and shared with the presenters.

We encourage you to build your schedule, access presentation materials, speaker bios, session evaluations, and more in the Events app just as you would for an in-person event.
There are many Networking Community Meetings (including affinity groups) planning to meet during the conference. Please see the Exchange Community and the Networking Community Meetings tab for more information and to pre-register. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged but not required.
No. For every paid registrant to attend virtually, only one device will be allowed to enter the virtual conference, and a unique link will be provided to each attendee.
Yes! At any time during the conference you can select the “Speed Networking” tab within the conference platform to be paired with another conference attendee. You can then meet using video and audio for up to three minutes.
You also will have the ability to conduct one-on-one meetings with audio and video using the “Attendee” tab to directly reach out to another conference attendee and request a private meeting. This can be utilized to follow up with your Speed Networking conversation should you wish to continue meeting.

Always refresh the page if having any issues.

Close all other applications, including Outlook, while participating in the conference.
Only having the web browser open for the conference will allow your system to run more smoothly.
While we understand this is easier said than done, eliminating distractions will ensure you get the most out of your virtual conference experience.
If available, plug ethernet cable (wired line) into your computer to ensure a much better internet connection than Wi-Fi.
