Yes! Exactly as if you were attending the conference in person, you can select which sessions you’d like to attend virtually within a given time block. Additionally, most sessions will be recorded and available for 30 days after the event for registered attendees. This is a huge added bonus of a virtual conference! And don’t forget to check out the exhibitors in the Exhibitor Showcase while you are exploring.

As with all AACSB conferences, materials will be posted in the Exchange Community and the AACSB Events app as they are available from presenters.

  • Search for AACSB Events in the Apple or Android app store.
  • Install the application to your mobile device.
  • Launch the app and select the Event.
We encourage you to build your schedule, access presentation materials, speaker bios, session evaluations, and more in the Events app just as you would for an in-person event.

Yes! At any time during the conference you can select the “Speed Networking” tab within the conference platform to be paired with another conference attendee. You can then meet using video and audio for up to three minutes.

You also will have the ability to conduct one-on-one meetings with audio and video using the “Attendee” tab to directly reach out to another conference attendee and request a private meeting. This can be utilized to follow up with your Speed Networking conversation should you wish to continue meeting.

Technical—Best Practices for a Great Experience:

Check your computer for updates before the conference to ensure you don’t run into any technical issues during your attendance.

Always refresh the page if having any issues.

  • Google Chrome is highly recommended to participate in the conference.

Desktop computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone

Close all other applications, including Outlook, while participating in the conference.
Only having the web browser open for the conference will allow your system to run more smoothly.
While we understand this is easier said than done, eliminating distractions will ensure you get the most out of your virtual conference experience.
If available, plug ethernet cable (wired line) into your computer to ensure a much better internet connection than Wi-Fi.
