HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION
Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with Convention Edinburgh (official housing bureau) or with the hotels listed below. To assist in your hotel reservation needs, you can access the accommodation booking link below. Please contact Convention Edinburgh directly for any questions or requests regarding your hotel accommodations. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date.

All bedrooms reserved through our link can be cancelled without penalty up to 10:00 am, 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancelling or Amending Your Reservations
Our Accommodation Services team are here to assist you with amending your reservation. Simply call +44 (0) 131 473 3874 during office hours 09:00 am - 05:00 pm (GMT), Monday to Friday, or email email@example.com and we shall attend to your request as soon as possible.
Should you wish to cancel your booking this can be self-managed through an electronic link which is provided in your confirmation of booking email. The link will take you directly to your personal reservation. For last minute cancellations we also advise that you contact your chosen hotel directly. Please refer to cancellation clauses 7 to 7.6 in the Terms and Conditions.
We have been made aware that third-party companies, Exhibitor Housing Services (EHS), Global Expo Travel, Exhibitor Travel Bureau, and Business Travel Management, are contacting our attendees, introducing themselves as the official ‘housing bureau’ for the event. This is not the case. EHS, Global Expo Travel, Exhibitor Travel Bureau, and Business Travel Management are not affiliated in any way with AACSB or with the EICC. If you booked through these companies, we believe that your information may be compromised and we would strongly recommend that you do not give any personal information, including credit card details to EHS, Business Travel Management, Global Expo Travel, Exhibitor Travel Bureau, or any other unknown vendor. If you receive an e-mail from these companies, please forward to it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
