The Membership Manager works with the global membership team and other departments to create and implement plans for a growing and engaged member network. A primary focus is on building and implementing strategies by region and/or country. The manager is responsible for the daily operations of the membership function for the EMEA region, ensuring quality service to the public. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be experienced in customer relationship management with a focus on service quality. (S)he must be a team player who is able to both pro-actively identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions. In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also need to demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
