Doug is currently the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Education in the AB Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. He manages all aspects of undergraduate programs, academic advising, study abroad and international exchange for the school of business. Doug is also a former military officer and army attack helicopter pilot. Doug holds two Master’s degrees, an MBA and an MFIN, both from Tulane University.
Carol M Connell
Carol M. Connell is director of assessment and professor of Strategic Management in the Koppelman School of Business (KSB) – Brooklyn College, which has been AACSB-accredited since 2019. She is chair of the faculty-led Strategic Planning Committee at KSB. Professor Connell is an Earhart Foundation Research Scholar and an author. She earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Ph.D. from the Adam Smith School of Business at the University of Glasgow.
Anna W. Hickey
Captain Hickey is the Department Head of Management and a military professor of accounting at the United States Coast Guard Academy. Her research interests are in governmental financial reporting and accounting education. She also serves on the editorial board for the Journal of Accounting Education. Hickey earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration, Accounting, from West Virginia University.
Christine is National Account Manager, ETS Higher Education Division. She works with institutions throughout the country on their assessment plans and processes, including all facets of test administration and score interpretation. MacKrell has worked in the field of higher education for 20 years.
