How engaged are your students in your classes? Are they being challenged with real-world exercises and receiving performance feedback in real-time? This course is designed to help instructors to integrate business simulation games into their teaching efficiently, effectively, and with confidence. By participating in this course, instructors will become proficient and reflective when teaching with business simulation games, thereby improving student engagement and learning outcomes, as well as increasing their own professional satisfaction. In the age of AI, simulations provide a way for students to apply key course concepts to real scenarios without abusing AI tools as an impediment to critical thinking.
