Sean Carson is the VP of University Partnerships at Suitable and has aided top business schools in the design and delivery of flagship professional development programs. Sean has been a featured speaker at national higher education conferences such as GMAC, Innovations in Undergraduate Business Education, National Association of Colleges and Employers, NASPA, Career Leadership Collective and Pathways to Student Development. Sean works closely with schools to identify a set of core competencies that align with their school’s unique mission and vision. These core competencies serve as the foundation of the professional development program and also allow students to articulate their professional development story in the same language that employers are using. In addition to program design and planning, Suitable provides schools with a web and mobile software solution that incentivizes increased student participation, automates the collection of assessment data, and offers real-time analytics.
