Speakers

Karthik Dhandapani

Karthik Dhandapani is an Associate Professor in the Strategy Area at IIM Trichy. Prior to joining IIM Trichy, he was teaching at IIM Ahmedabad. He has used Cesim Simulations for over 9 years for numerous PGP and Executive programs. Prior to joining academics, he worked in the area of analytics and business intelligence for Fidelity, one of the largest mutual fund and financial services group in the world. He has completed his bachelors in Commerce from Hansraj College, University of Delhi; doctorate in Economics from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (Fellow Programme in Management). He is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

 

Mani P. Sam

Prof. Sam has 32+ years of multi-functional corporate experience. He is now a practitioner academic at Rajagiri Business School and uses business simulations for multiple PGDM courses and MDP programs. His last assignment was as Vice President (Operations) with CAMS (A NSE group company) and was responsible for Middle office operations, Stock Broker Process, as well as centralised operations like Logistics, Purchase & Sourcing and Infrastructure. He was Vice President (Special Projects) with CSS Group and was a Director on Board of its Polish subsidiary CSS sp.zo.o Poland. He holds a PGDM from IIM Calcutta and is an alumni of D.I.I.Sc (I.I.Sc, Bangalore)

 

Varun Patil

Varun serves as the Country General Manager, leading the India operations at Cesim. He has worked in the domain of business simulations for over 10 years, conducted business simulation courses at leading schools and corporate organisations in India. Prior to Cesim, he has worked as VP of Operations at a analytics firm catering to financial institutions in India in the risk management domain.
