Who Should Participate? 

This program is designed for new and aspiring deans, interim deans, senior associate deans, and those in similar roles globally who are preparing to step into or currently hold a top leadership position in a business school. 

What Do We Mean by ‘Dean’? 

While titles may vary across regions, dean refers broadly to the head of a higher education business unit or the most senior academic leader responsible for its strategic direction and academic quality. 

Program Schedule and Pricing

The Dean’s Journey runs from October 2025 to April 2026 and includes two in-person sessions (aligned with the Deans Conference in Toronto and ICAM in Seattle) along with five live virtual sessions. The inaugural cohort is offered at an introductory rate of 4,500 USD, with additional bundle options available for those wishing to combine their experience with AACSB’s Deans Conference, ICAM, or both. Space is limited.
