This curated list of Twitter handles can help you expand your learning opportunities outside the business classroom.

It is hard to believe, but Twitter has been around for 13 years. Started in March 2006, the “microblogging” site is still one the most popular social media platforms globally, with 326 million individuals using Twitter every month. Of that 326 million, the top five countries by user are the U.S., Japan, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and Russia.

Every day, 500 million tweets are sent—that’s 5,787 tweets every second! These impressive numbers keep Twitter a popular destination for content and communication. Whether you’re opening the Twitter app to read the news, look at memes, or see what’s going on in pop culture, the site has an indefinite amount of content to offer for various interests.

If you’re already browsing your Twitter feed multiple times a day, why not follow a few accounts that can benefit you in your business education journey? A curated list of Twitter handles specific to the topics you’re currently or soon to be studying in business school is a great way to expand your learning opportunities outside the classroom—at only 280 characters at Tweet!
