Achmad GhazaliAchmad Ghazali

Achmad Ghazali joined the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM ITB) in 2005. SBM ITB is a business school in Indonesia that establish inside the science and engineering institution. As an Assistant Professor in the field of People and Knowledge Management, Achmad teaches Human Capital Management, Knowledge Management, Organizational Development, and Learning Organization, and Contemporary Human Resource Management. He consulted for INPEX, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Republic of Indonesia, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industry Republic of Indonesia, Ministry of Finance Republic of Indonesia, PT. Pertamina (National Oil and Gas Industry), PT. Pindad (Defense Manufacturer Company) a, and some other private companies.

Currently, Achmad Ghazali is a Director of Quality Assurance and Accreditation (QA&A). Achmad and his team (Core Team) prepare SBM ITB AACSB Accreditation that started in 2014. As a QA&A  Director, He also deals with National Accreditation, Other International Accreditation, ISO 9001:2015, and other activities related to quality assurance.

Achmad received Ph.D. from the College of Business, Massey University in New Zealand. His interest research is Knowledge Management, Learning Organization, Human Capital Management, Creative Industry, Business Strategy, and Organizational Development.

 

Beta Gitaharie PhotoBeta Yulianita Gitaharie

Dr. Beta Yulianita Gitaharie is an acting dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia. She undertook her education at the Postgraduate Program FEUI graduating in 2001 with a concentration in Regional Economics and subsequently obtained a Doctoral degree at the same faculty specializing in Monetary Economics. Her research area interests are in economic development, macroeconomics and monetary economics. Some of her research publications were published in ILO and WTO Publications and national academic journals, among others Economics and Finance in Indonesia, Jurnal Ekonomi dan Pembangunan Indonesia.

She has also co-authored books focusing on economic issues, problems and perspectives which includes "Challenges of the Global Economy: Some Indonesian Issues", published in 2019 and "Emerging Issues in Economics of Development, Business and Finance" in 2020.

  

Eko Suwardi PhotoEko Suwardi

Dr. Eko Suwardi has interest in teaching taxation, accounting and business ethics. He earned his Doctoral degree from Queensland University of Technology in 2005, Master of Science degree from California State University, USA in 1994 and Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from Faculty of Economics, Universitas Gadjah Mada in 1997.

He also has various managerial and leadership experiences in managing education programs and faculties, ranging from managing study program, international auditor office of university to managing business school. Currently, he holds a position as the Dean of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM) since October 2016. Previously, he served as a Vice Dean of FEB UGM for two periods, since 2008 until 2016. As the Dean he manages the school’s human capital and other resourches in pursuing and maintaining quality improvement of the school through national accreditation (BAN PT) and international accreditation (AACSB).

He has wide academic and professional networks, both nationally and internationally. In Indonesia he actively enganges in professional organizations, namely as the coordinator of Indonesian Tax Lecture Forum, chairperson of Indonesian Economist Assosiation Chapter Jogyakarta and a member of Indonesian Institute of Accountant. In the industry, he was an Independent Commisioner and the Chair of Audit Comitee of Bank BRISyariah since October, 2017 up to January, 2021. In the begining of February 1 2021, he serves as an Independent Comissioner and the chair of Audit Comitee of Bank Syariah Indonesia, the largest Syariah Bank in Indonesia.

In the Region of Asia Pacific, he serves as Chairman of Asian University Network for Business and Economics since 2017. More over, he is also a member of AACSB Asia Pacific Council based in Singapore since 2017. Lastly, He also has experience as a member of Peer Review Team of AACSB and as a speaker in AACSB seminars and webinars.

Dezie L. Warganegara is an Associate Professor of Finance. He obtained his PhD in Corporate Finance from University of North Texas in 2001. Prior joining Bina Nusantara University in 2006, he was the Group Head of Strategy Execution for a management consulting firm in Jakarta. His tenure in Bina Nusantara University began as the Head of Accounting & Finance program from 2006 to 2008 and follows as the Director of Academic Development from 2008-2012.

From January 2013 to October 2016 Dezie was the Deputy Director of Business Development, which in charge of Professional Services and Business Incubation. Before being appointed as the Director of Binus Business School on August 25th 2018, he was the Dean of Economics dan Communication Faculty from October 2016 to August 2018.
