Implementing a Required Competency Framework to Drive Student Success

The team from the University of North Georgia will be joined by Angela Hersch to discuss how they have transformed student involvement at the AACSB-accredited Mike Cottrell College of Business (MCCB) with the implementation of their required professional development initiative, Professional Roadmap to Ongoing Success (PROS). During this webinar, they will reveal how they have effectively utilized Suitable’s mobile-first technology to scale student engagement and further students' foundation of professionalism and development of interpersonal skills. Backed by data and insights, the team will share how they have been able to implement competency frameworks to effectively track students' progress in alignment with accreditation standards and leverage indirect and direct measures of assessment.
