AACSB is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded individual with a strong interest in business education, business development, and strategic innovation. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a business school as a department chair, director, associate dean, or business school dean.

AACSB is open to a variety of staffing models for this position, depending upon candidate qualifications. Non-traditional models, such as job share, will be considered.

The position reports to the Managing Director, Americas and may be primarily remote.

How You Will Contribute

  • Strategically manage a diverse portfolio of school accounts, ensuring proactive engagement to foster school satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive business development of AACSB products and services for the Americas
  • Represent AACSB at events in the Americas
  • Assist in establishing both the strategic and the operational plan for the region, working to achieve organizational key performance indicators
  • Create relationships with key stakeholders in higher education, government, local/regional/national quality assurance authorities and business sectors, and assist in establishing cooperative agreements
  • Collaborate in the creation of professional development seminars and programs for business school faculty and business school senior leadership
  • Increase AACSB awareness and contributes to advocacy in the region
  • Serve as an expert on both higher education and industry trends in the Americas to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation initiatives, including product development, process improvement, and market expansion strategies
  • Assist in developing quality assurance strategies for individual member schools within the Americas region, provide advice and counseling, conduct school visits, and assist with school collaborations
  • Identify other revenue opportunities in the United States, Canada, and Latin America

Requirements

  • Fluency in the English language
  • Advanced degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25% annually
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights
  • Five years (5) of proven experience in higher education development or as an Account Executive, or similar client service role, with a track record of managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Comfortable using technology to solve complex business problems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Terminal degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Spanish or Portuguese
  • Five (5) years of experience in a business school leadership role

As the Administrative Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring effective day-to-day operations within the Accreditation team and creating a positive and professional first impression for our members, volunteers, and public stakeholders. You will provide administrative support and report directly to the Vice President of Accreditation.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Provide administrative support to the Accreditation team, working closely with the Vice President of Accreditation (both routinely and for ad hoc projects).  
  • Assists in the planning and coordination of meeting logistics and follow-up activities of accreditation committee meetings.  
  • Provides support to the ISO 9001 Quality Management Lead, updating quality management documentation, scheduling meetings, and assisting in the coordination of internal and external audits.   
  • Assists in the planning and coordination of volunteer training events, including issuing invitations, tracking attendance, and sending post-training communications.  
  • Coordinates the accreditation certificate process, ensuring that accredited schools receive certificates in a timely manner after each accreditation review.  
  • Responsible for initiating school applications and projects in the myAccreditation platform.  
  • Monitors receipt and ongoing tracking of peer review team conflict of interest acknowledgement requirement.  
  • Enters data accurately into AACSB’s association management system, including entering notes related to peer review team performance into AACSB’s association management system.    
  • Performs other related duties as needed. 

Requirements

  • Fluency in the English language 
  • Strong, demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work. 
  • Five (5) years of administrative support experience. 
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effective writing and verbal communication. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly those emphasizing office management and support to senior management, will be highly regarded. 
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in office administration or related field. 
  • Eight (8) years administrative support experience.

The Director of Learning Content Strategy and Development is a strategic role focused on leading the AACSB seminar, webinar and digital product business. This individual will have extensive experience in developing product strategy, instructional design, learning management systems, and multi-modal learning experiences. They will lead efforts to ensure content is accessible, engaging, and relevant on a global scale, manage external partnerships and vendors, and leverage data to inform continuous improvement. The role demands strong leadership, innovation and quality assurance in learning content development, requiring collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support educational goals and learner outcomes.

How You Will Contribute

  • Design and implement innovative educational frameworks to improve learning outcomes.

As the Accreditation Manager you will convey the value of AACSB accreditation and member services to business schools worldwide and assist schools with their continuous development and achievement of overall high quality. This role has a focus on schools in the Asia Pacific (AP) region.

How You Will Contribute

  • Acts as staff liaison for accredited schools and those in the initial accreditation process, working in close coordination with mentors and peer review teams. 
  • Develops and supports quality assurance strategies for member schools in Asia Pacific to ensure quality throughout the accreditation process. 
  • Actively participates in industry-related activities, and promotes AACSB accreditation at internal and external events, workshops, conferences, etc. 
  • Facilitates the movement of appropriate member schools into the accreditation process. 
  • Reviews and analyzes accreditation eligibility applications and school documentation.
  • Serves as a resource for accreditation committee members in preparation of and during committee meetings. 
  • Maintains a deep understanding of the higher education landscape and developments in assigned geographical areas. 
  • Performs duties in accordance with AACSB’s values and ensures that the best interest of AACSB and its members is at the forefront of all initiatives.

The Director of Membership and Affiliates plays a crucial leadership role, directly reporting to the Chief Officer of Membership. This individual is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the educational membership functions, developing and maintaining the affiliate programs, and ensuring operational excellence and growth. 1. Membership:

  • Lead operational and budget planning to ensure the membership department aligns with the organization's strategic goals.
