Update Your AACSB Information

Contact Changes

Each individual can edit his/her contact information by accessing the AACSB Exchange, except those noted as Official Contact Changes below. The Exchange is an online community exclusively for members that provides opportunities to network with other members, participate in discussions, and share resources, such as conference and seminar materials. Begin by logging in with your institutional email address. To establish or reset your password at anytime, select "forgot your password?" on the login screen and a temporary password will be emailed to you. Navigate to your profile and select edit contact information. Within 24 hours all changes will be reflected in AACSB's main database.

New User?
First time visitors may create an account by going to the myAACSB login page. Enter your organizational email address (.edu, .org, etc) and a list of schools will populate. Select your institution to be affiliated with the school and begin receiving member benefits. You can then set up a password, update your profile and begin making connections!


Official Organization Contact Changes

Official contact changes and official organization changes are outlined below and require manual confirmation by AACSB staff to ensure accuracy for our membership records. Please submit one change form per individual

Official Representative: (dean or head of business unit) In accordance with AACSB International bylaws and policy, an institution's official representative must be the dean or head of the business unit. They receive all official communication, including accreditation decisions and voting privileges.

Official Designee: Upon authorization of the Official Representative, notifications concerning AACSB events and services, notice and access to the annual dues renewal invoice, and DataDirect administrator access will be directed to this person. All official communication, including accreditation decisions and voting privileges, will still be sent directly to the head of the business unit.

Head of Business Support Staff: Upon authorization of the Official Representative, this individual directly supports the official representative and may assist with correspondence (i.e. confirming accuracy of contacts, delivery of official correspondence, etc.)  He/she will receive notice and access to the annual dues renewal invoice.

Operational Contact: Upon authorization of the Official Representative, this individual may handle school billing and administrative affairs on behalf of the official representative.  He/she will receive notice and access to the annual dues renewal invoice.

Public Relations/Marketing Contact: Upon authorization of the Official Representative, this individual is a senior staff member responsible for marketing, communications, or public relations within the business unit/institution.

Accreditation Coordinator: Upon authorization of the Official Representative, this individual directly supports the official representative and may assist with correspondence related to the school's accreditation efforts (i.e. confirming accuracy of contacts, delivery of official correspondence, etc.) 

Accounting Administrator: (chair or head of the accounting department of an AACSB accredited school that, in addition to business accreditation, also holds AACSB accounting accreditation) Receives all notifications concerning AACSB events and services, accounting accredited specific emails, plus DataDirect administrator access.
