Prof. Barry Burgan is Deputy Dean at Bond University. He recently joined Bond, after an extended  career at  the University of Adelaide, the last 8 years as Dean of the Business School (and then Dean of Business Development for a group of Schools including Business), and a short time at Torrens University Australia. He has had a varied career path in the public sector and in management consulting. Barry was Dean at Adelaide over a period of substantial change (including the merger of the School of Commerce and the Graduate School of Management, in a major building move to significantly renovated building, and procuring AACSB accreditation). He was on the Initial Accreditation Committee of AACSB for 3 years, and has undertaken a number of review visits, and has mentored schools in their AACSB journey. Barry researches in the area of infrastructure valuation and financing (with a particular interest in social infrastructure) and has a significant number of publications and research grants in this area. He teaches in the areas of Financial Management, Quantitative Methods and Real Estate Finance and Investment.


KK_WeiKwok Kee Wei, School of Continuing and Lifelong Education, National University of Singapore

Dr. Wei is the Dean of the School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE) at the National University of Singapore (NUS), with effect from 1 July 2016. His key areas of research and practice are in e-commerce, knowledge management, and supply chain management systems. He is also a respected industry expert and consultant on e-commerce and social commerce in China. Prior to his NUS appointment, Dr. Wei was a Chair Professor of Information Systems at the College of Business at the City University of Hong Kong. He was Dean of the university’s College of Business from 2007 to 2012 and the Head of the Department of Information Systems from 2002 to 2007. He is Fellow of the Association of Information Systems (AIS) and he was the President of that Association in 2003-2004. He has been awarded the AIS LEO Award for Lifetime Exceptional Achievement in Information Systems during the 2016 International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS 2016). Dr. Wei has served as Senior Editor of MIS Quarterly and Associate Editor of Information Systems Research. He has also played major roles in ICIS and PACIS. As an excellent educator, his doctoral students have attained placements in good universities worldwide. Dr. Wei has published more than 200 journal and conference papers. Based on Scopus, his works have been cited over 5568 times and his h-index is 35 (as at June 2016).
