Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor for AACSB International seminar participants. Preferred room rate is 190 USD per night, single or double occupancy, plus tax. The current taxes are 15.5% per room per night. The room rate includes complimentary in-room wireless internet access. When making reservations, please ask for the AACSB room block to receive the preferred room rate. The Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor must be contacted no later than February 23, 2018 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date.
When making arrangements through travel websites or an agent, the negotiated AACSB rates may not always be available. Please request your travel agent to book your room in the AACSB-negotiated room block for the event.
We have been made aware that a third-party company, Exhibitor Housing Services (EHS), is contacting our attendees, introducing themselves as the official ‘housing bureau’ for the event. This is not the case. EHS is not affiliated in any way with AACSB or with Caesars Palace. We believe that your information may be compromised and we would strongly recommend that you do not give any personal information, including credit card details to EHS or any other unknown vendor. If you receive an e-mail from EHS, please forward to it to email@example.com.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card, money order or deposit check. Individuals with guaranteed reservations must cancel their reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled day of arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation charge.
Ground Transportation Information
The Baltimore-Washington International Airport - BWI (+1 410 859 7111) is approximately 10 miles from the hotel. The hotel recommends Apollo Transportation for round trip transfers between the hotel and airport. The current cost is 45 USD round trip. The estimated taxi fare is 35 USD one-way.
Valet Parking is 42 USD per night, and self-parking is 30 USD per day.
Suggested dress code is business casual.
