About the Hotel

Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at the Omni Providence Hotel for AACSB conference participants. Preferred room rate is 185 USD per night, single or double occupancy, plus tax. The current tax rate is 13% per night. The room rate includes complimentary WiFi. When making reservations, please ask for the AACSB room block to receive the preferred room rate. The Omni Providence Hotel must be contacted no later than April 5, 2019 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date.
When making arrangements through travel websites or an agent, the negotiated AACSB rates may not always be available. Please request your travel agent to book your room in the AACSB-negotiated room block for the event.
We have been made aware that third-party companies, Exhibitor Housing Services (EHS) and Global Expo Travel, are contacting our attendees, introducing themselves as the official ‘housing bureau’ for the event. This is not the case. EHS and Global Expo Travel are not affiliated in any way with AACSB or with the Omni Providence Hotel. We believe that your information may be compromised and we would strongly recommend that you do not give any personal information, including credit card details to EHS, Global Expo Travel or any other unknown vendor. If you receive an e-mail from these companies, please forward to it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
All individual reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or deposit check. Individuals with guaranteed reservations must cancel their reservations within 48 hours of the scheduled day of arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation charge.
Ground Transportation Information
The hotel recommends guest use Airport Shuttle for round-trip airport transfers to and from T. F. Green Airport. The current cost is 13 USD round trip.
Self-Parking is 22 USD. Valet Parking is 30 USD per night with unlimited in and out privileges.
Visa Invitation Letters
