14–16 October 2019 | Krakow, Poland
Business Schools as Enablers of Global Prosperity
One of AACSB International’s most diverse conferences, this event blends the global leadership of European business schools with the bold aspirations of schools in the Middle East and the youthful dynamism of their African counterparts. With such diversity comes huge value from sharing ideas about critical issues impacting business education, benchmarking best practices, and developing cross-border relationships with other leading business schools. Connect with key staff in AACSB’s Amsterdam office, which serves the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions.
The conference will address a wide range of important challenges facing business schools in EMEA, including ways schools can establish expectations for impact, foster innovation and entrepreneurship, promote responsible management education and sustainability, adapt to changing business and faculty models, and embrace technological advances.
Wednesday, 16 October, 13:30 – 17:30
Space is limited. Separate registration is required. Available only to the conference registrants (at no extra fee).
On a daily basis, business school administrators must make major decisions that are vital to aligning operations with the school’s strategic plan and goals. In the modern world of business education, data-driven decisions prove to be the most successful in the long-term. AACSB International’s DataDirect is the world’s most comprehensive source for data pertaining to business schools and their operations. Attendees of this workshop will gain hands-on experience with using data to inform decision-making by tackling real examples of decision-making related to salary negotiations, degree program planning, accreditation, marketing needs, potential collaborations, finances, and other strategic questions faced by business school administrators.
