LYNDA GRATTON

PROFESSOR OF MANAGEMENT PRACTICE
LONDON BUSINESS SCHOOL

Lynda Gratton is a Professor of Management Practice at the London Business School and founder of the Hot Spots Movement. She has written extensively on the future of work and the role of corporation, her eight books have received various awards and her most recent book ‘The 100-Year Life’ was shortlisted for the FT Business Book of the Year. Lynda has served on Prime Minister Abe’s “Council for Designing 100-Year Life Society.” Global recognition includes the Tata prize in India, the HR prize in Australia, the annual Fellow of NAHR and the LBS Best Teacher Award. Lynda is a fellow of the World Economic Forum, she has chaired the WEF Council on Leadership and currently serves on the digital advisory board of Equinor.

MARC VAN DER CHIJS

ENTREPRENEUR AND ANGEL INVESTOR

Marc van der Chijs is an entrepreneur and angel investor. He is the co-founder of China’s leading on-line video sharing site Tudou.com In 2013 he became a managing partner in venture capital fund CrossPacific Capital. Currently his main activities are in FinTech, with a focus on cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies. In early 2017 Van der Chijs founded the first registered cryptocurrency investment fund in Canada, First Block Capital, and launched the first licensed Bitcoin fund in the world (FBC Bitcoin Trust). He shared his experiences as an entrepreneur with 400 honour students during the latest BGS Global Leadership Summit in Chicago. Van der Chijs graduated from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics in the Netherlands.

LEGO PROFESSOR OF MANAGEMENT & INNOVATION 
IMD BUSINESS SCHOOL

Howard Yu is the LEGO professor of management and innovation in the prestigious IMD business school in Switzerland as well as the director of its signature program, the three-week Advanced Management Program (AMP), an executive education course. In 2015, Yu was selected by Poets&Quants as one of “The World’s Top 40 Business Professors Under 40,” and in 2018 he appeared on the Thinkers50 Radar list of thirty management thinkers “most likely to shape the future of how organizations are managed and led.” He has delivered customized training programs for leading organizations including ASML, Bosch, Mars, Maersk, Daimler, and Electrolux. Yu received his doctoral degree from Harvard Business School.
