Hotel Reservations

Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at The Study at University City for AACSB International Conference participants. Preferred room rate is 205 USD per night, single or double occupancy, plus tax.  The current taxes are 16.25% per room per night. The room rate includes complimentary in-room wireless internet access. When making reservations, please use the reservation link above, or call directly at +1 215 398 1869 to receive the preferred room rate. The Study at University City must be contacted no later than May 6, 2019 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date.

When making arrangements through travel websites or an agent, the negotiated AACSB rates may not always be available. Please request your travel agent to book your room in the AACSB-negotiated room block for the event.

We have been made aware that third-party companies, Exhibitor Housing Services (EHS) and Global Expo Travel, are contacting our attendees, introducing themselves as the official ‘housing bureau’ for the event. This is not the case. EHS and Global Expo Travel are not affiliated in any way with AACSB or with the Study at University City. Hotel Cancellation Policy

All individual reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or deposit check.  Acceptable payment includes Visa, Master Card, and American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, traveler’s check, company or personal check.  Individuals with guaranteed reservations must cancel their reservations within 48 hours on the scheduled day of arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation charge.

Location/Ground Transportation Facts

The Hotel recommends that guests use Taxi’s and Uber or Lyft for round-trip airport transfers to and from Philadelphia International Airport. The current cost is approximately 30 USD round trip.
