Hotel Reservations

Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty. A room block is being held at the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel for AACSB conference participants. Preferred room rate is 450 RM per night, single or double occupancy, including tax. The room rate includes complimentary WiFi and breakfast. When making reservations, please ask for the AACSB room block to receive the preferred room rate. The Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel must be contacted no later than 22 April 2019 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date.

When making arrangements through travel websites or an agent, the negotiated AACSB rates may not always be available. Please request your travel agent to book your room in the AACSB-negotiated room block for the event.

Ground Transportation Information

The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) is approximately 34.2 miles from the hotel. This hotel does not provide shuttle service. To reserve a third-party limousine service, contact the hotel at The estimated taxi fare is 150 MYR (one way), and the subway service is 55 MYR (one way).

Hotel Parking

On-site parking is 10 MYR hourly. Room guests enjoy a flat rate for valet parking of 10 MYR nett daily with multiple entry and exit.
